The check-in time cannot be advanced, but it is possible to complete the check-in procedure first.
- Is it possible to extend the checkout time?
Only in situations where the room can be extended, it can be extended for 3,630 yen per room per hour (including consumption tax).
- What is included in all-inclusive?
The accommodation fee includes dinner, breakfast, basic drinks in the lounge, snacks, and large baths.
※Meal conditions vary depending on your accommodation plan (with evening breakfast, with breakfast, without meals).- Can I stay with my pet?
Guests are not allowed to stay with pets or enter the hotel.

Rooms
- What is the difference between Classic Twin, Standard Twin and superior Twin?
Classic twins are unrenovated rooms, Standard Twin rooms have been renovated in 2014, and superior Twin rooms have been renovated in Rebrand in April 2024.
- Could you lay a futon in a Japanese-style room or Japanese-Western style room?
It will be a self-service where you can lay your own futon.
- Do you have a smoking room?
There is no smoking room type. Please use the smoking booth on the 1st floor.
- What kind of amenities do you have?
Amenities (toothbrush, children's toothbrush, hair comb, cotton set) are available in the amenity corner on the first floor. If you are using a shaver, please call us at the front counter. Mineral water is available next to the front counter, one by one at the time of check-in.
About restaurants and meals

- Do you have any allergies?
The buffet restaurant displays information on the use of ingredients for 8 major allergies. (Egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, shrimp, crab, walnut)
In addition, since the kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, please note that there is a possibility of a small amount of contamination, including handling at the food factory.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact the restaurant staff on the day.- Do I need to make a reservation for the buffet?
We can guide you if you have enough seats on the day, but we recommend that you make a reservation.
- Can I reserve a seat at the buffet venue?
We do not accept reservations for seats. We will guide you in order from the person who arrived.
- Do you have any meals other than the buffet?
We don't have any meals other than buffet.
- Do you have baby food ready?
If you can speak to the staff, we will prepare it.
- Do you have children's chairs?
The number is limited, but we will prepare it if you can speak to the staff.
- Do you have a vegan menu?
Some dishes use meat, but they are eaten at the customer's discretion.
- May I bring you a cake?
You are not allowed to bring it to the restaurant. You can bring it to your room.
Other services
- Do you need to make a reservation for astronomical observation and starry sky slide show?
No reservation is required. Please feel free to use it in time.

Please use the dial locker in the 1st floor lobby for luggage storage before arrival and after departure.
About Activity
- Can the kids corner "Mori no 8" on the B1F be used even before check-in time?
If you are using the all-weather activity facility "Mori no 8", be sure to check the terms and conditions before signing, and you can use it first before check-in procedures. You don't need to register at the front desk.
It can be used from 14:00 on the day of check-in, so we recommend that you play first when check-in is crowded and proceed after congestion is eased.
