Our breakfast buffet offers Western and Japanese cuisine, including Yatsugatake specialties like a luxurious bowl of Fujinosuke salmon, the only fish in Japan that descends from Chinook salmon,
alongside a classic local hotpot dish of Milk Hoto. Or treat yourself to mini hot dogs and pancakes and customize them with your favorite toppings and sauces. Enjoy dishes that make use of the ingredients and food culture unique to the area, and enjoy an elegant morning while thinking about your trip plan.
