■French toast using Yatsugatake Kogen milk
This is a fluffy French toast that is pickled overnight in an aparaille (egg solution) using milk from Yatsugatake and flat eggs from Kurofuji Farm (Kofu City) in a thick bucket.
Three types of jams are "yuzu", "white peach" and "rubab" using fruits and vegetables from Yamanashi Prefecture.
